SUGGESTED USE:
Adults: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsules in the evening with food.

Discontinue use o the product and consult a health care practitioner if you experience muscle pain, tenderness and/or weakness. Consult a health care practitioner if you are unsure whether or not you are taking enough Vitamin B12 since Folic acid supplements can mask a Vitamin B12 deficiency.
