This was an excellent way to kick-start a healthy eating plan! It forces you to learn quick meal ideas that don`t include bowls of cereal, chips or pizza! I feel great and would definitely recommend it to anyone. One problem I found is because I still exercised while on the D-Tox, I was a bit more tired than usual.

The first few days were really tough. I wanted carbo`s and sugar real bad. I stuck with it and I feel great. I was tired while doing the D-Tox, especially if I exercised. Now I don`t feel bloated or cramped after I eat. I also lost 9 lbs. It has motivated me to try the Slim-Tech!

We first tried the d-tox program back in Jan 04. As mentioned above, the first few days were tough. If you aren`t use to eating healthy, and rely on quarter-pounders with cheese to supplement your diet, you`ll find the transition tough as well. But, we stuck with it… religiously! I usual weigh in at 225 lbs (6`3? male). This 12 day program brought me down to 210 lbs. The knowledge gained from the diet plan helped me loose the final 10 lbs. 6 months later, I remain right where I want to be. 60% of my meals are the same as the d-tox program suggests, but at least one meal a week, I revert to cheeseburgers and pizza. We are now finishing day 6 of our second run through this program. It`s much easier this time and we find that we don`t spend as much time in the washroom. Fatigue is also not quite as bad this time. Again, if you're looking for a kick-start, seriously consider this program. You`ll learn a lot and feel great when its done. Really, 12 days isnt that long!

I tried this after the birth of my first child and lost 10 pounds on it. I reached my goal weight with excercise and the help of this program but I did find myself more tired than usual but that went away after I completed the program. I continued with the eating plan for 3 more weeks after and lost 4 more pounds. Now I have had my second child 9 months ago and am excited to start the program again to start out my post-pregnancy weight loss again (you should be done breastfeeding to do the program). This program really helped me.

I started the Cleanse last May. It was not a difficult regime as long as you equip your kitchen with appropriate complements to the diet (ie. lots of lemons, Bragg seaoning,tons of almonds, slow-cooking oatmeal, brown rice, vegetables vegetables vegetables and fresh northern fruit. My two daughters 26 and 14 took the cleanse along with me. We all noticed fatigue and weirdness headachey stuff for the first 2 or 3 days. From then on we only felt extremely calm with lots of energy. The sugar highs and lows are totally eliminated ! When I started this regime of eating I was size 14/16 ( emphasis on 16) By July I was buying size 8 clothes in the Gap and by Oct. I had to replace them with size 6 ! I have lost 30 lbs. by eating the cleanse diet, and I never feel hungry. I live in Toronto and by the response of all my friends I should be receiving a commission on all the Wild Rose Cleanses that have been sold here!! The positives from eating this way far outweigh the downside of bread pasta dairy fat sugar as far as I`m concerned. I definitely give this d-tox program 5 wild roses. I could feel it working from the first day. I did get the common side effects, tiredness and headaches. They lasted about 8 days but I guess that just means a lot of toxins were being eliminated. I don`t feel bloated anymore and don`t crave sugar or breads like I did prior to starting. I found preparing meals was easy and a great opportunity to create some new meals with fish. However, I think I would`ve liked it more if I had the cookbook prior to starting it. But to get it after having just finished it would still be beneficial to be able to continue with the diet. I`m glad I used this cleanse as opposed to others on the market.

I started this on Sept 13, 2004 and I feel really good, mentally, physically and emotionally. It was tough, especially the first weekend. You must really commit to this. I was constantly buying veggies, cutting, washing, cooking and washing again to ensure I had my meals planned ahead of time. Using the available food, I thought up recipes that I could make a batch of for lunch or dinner for a couple of days. Eggs and Ham, with tomatoes and 1/2 a baked potato for breakfast was pretty kewl. It was well worth it. I also lost 7.5 pounds.

I am on day 7 of this cleanse and feeling great. I was just reading over some of the criticisms on here and want to emphasize that you really need to read the warnings and suggestions in the box. If you have stomach problems, IBS etc it clearly states to not do this cleanse. As well to moderate the Laxaherb if it is too laxative in the first few days. I knew to not even take the Laxaherb until day 4 until my body had settled into the other pills. As well you can put the drops in natural juice or herbal fruit tea and you can`t even taste them. To avoid being hungry all the time you need to eat A LOT, and you can eat really well on this program, I am eating like a queen and still losing weight. I did feel very fatigued at first and had headaches but they go away. Now my skin is starting to glow and I feel really good. I would highly reccommend this D-tox but heed the warnings, weak stomachs beware.

Love the product. only followed it for about 6 days and lost 7 pounds. i stopped becuase i was feeling very fatigued and also i had a big performace coming up, i could not risk being so tired. But the pill did make me very sick, i would suggest doing a smaller cleanse before this, or even starting the diet a week earlier so you get used to it.

I have been on the program twice now - once a year for the last 2 years. On it again now. Swear by it once a year. Real symptoms include: First 3 days: mild fatigue, mild headache, hunger. Duration to End: cravings for healthy food, energy, clear skin, weight loss, clarity of thought. Just keep going through the first little bit and you will feel AWESOME.

i have done this cleanse 5x over the last 5 years, and i am getting ready to do another in a few weeks. i LOVE this cleanse. its a great way to get `back on track` with my eating habits and i always lose a bit of weight. i feel great while doing it and after! i highly recommend this cleanse to anyone, even first time cleansers! TIP: if you are a first time cleanser (or even if you have done one before) its a good idea to spend a few days, even up to a week, eating like you are on the cleanse. i think it gives your body a chance to get adjusted/prepared for the cleanse. i find the first few days on the cleanse easier whein i do this!! GOOD LUCK!!!

GREAT program! This is my second time on Herbal D-Tox! The first time was so rewarding! It was hard, but it was WELL WORTH IT!!! I`ve never felt healthier, more rejuvenated, and totally cleansed. You can eat a ton of things on this diet. It`s not that limiting. You can also explore different foods and grains and creatively cook up a nourishing meal. I suggest some form of excercise with this program, as well, such as yoga.

I have done this cleanse several times and am a big fan! It is a challenge to stick to the menu plan as our culture has gotten so far removed from healthy eating. My clients are asking for meals to help them with the cooking side of things and I have created quite a few recipes along the plans guidelines. I always loose a bit of weight which makes me wonder how much S#*! we usually carry around! I love the fact that Organics are recommended!

I am very happy with the results of this program, i have done this d-tox 5 times now over the last 5 years, the first time i did it i lost 20 lbs in the 12 days, i have in each time lost the weight i needed. i am not really sure if the d-tox has anything to do with it or not but shortly after i do the program i get pregnant every time!! gives me the energy i need and i am left feeling light and not bogged down by toxins. love this diet!!!!!

my mom just finished using it and she feels great. she`s got more energy, she sleeps better and she lost 12 pounds. (now she`s gotta try to gain it all back cause she looks too skinny now)!!!! as for me, I just started using it three days ago and i have been feeling a bit moody and low on engery but on the positive side, i cannot believe how much s... can come outta one person. the weird this is that i don`t have the food cravings like others do, but rather i`ve got no appetite and have to force myself to eat so i don`t get too weak. all in all, it realy worked for mom, i hope it will for me too.

1. Do the D-Tox when you are totally committed: There may be a complete change of what you`re used to eating. You must be open to learning and exploring foods. 2. Do it with a partner: For motivation, monitoring, assistance, etc... 3. Start it on a long weekend like Easter. The first couple of days requires your full, undivided attention. You get used to it after a few days. I was very hungry on the second day and craved pizza, chocolate, etc.. and I had 7 bowel movements. By the 3rd day I had a smaller appetite, less cravings, and the bowel movements decreased to twice a day. I didn`t get any headaches and I wasn`t overly tired or nauseous but I was more irritable than usual. My partner was very nauseous so she reduced the # of pills. I`m on day 10 now and I feel a little better from eating better but I don`t feel a major transformation. The major benefit for me was the introduction to better, tasty foods that I wouldn`t normally eat.
