Each capsule contains:
Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine HCl) - 10mg
L-Methionine (Free-Form) - 500mg

Gelatin (capsule), Magnesium Stearate and Silica.

Contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, egg, milk, preservatives.

Suggested Use:
