Goji berries contain 18 amino acids, vitamin A, C, and E, beta carotene, riboflavin and more than 20 other trace minerals and vitamins including zinc, iron and phosphorous. Gram for gram, they contain more vitamin C than oranges and more iron than soybeans and spinach.
