DOSAGE:
Adults:
For good health, brain, and nerve function: take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with food.
For reducing blood triglycerides: take 2 capsules 3-4 times daily with food.
Children 9-18 years old:
For brain, eyes, and nerve function: take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with food.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women: take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with food.
