Suggested Usage:
Add 10 g (2 rounded teaspoons) of GREENS to 250 mL of pure water, juice, soy milk, or rice milk and blend, stir or shake well then drink immediately. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. May be taken 1-3 times daily, best if taken first thing in the morning.

Additional Information:
Green contains a special oil free powdered lecithin from non-GMO soybeans containing 97% phosphatides. Each serving contains 615 mg of phosphatidyl choline, a powerful fat emulsifying compound that is present in every cell in the body. Phosphatidyl choline solubilizes fats and cholesterol in the blood stream, solubilizes dietary fats in the intestinal mucosa and maintains structural integrity of cell membranes. Phosphatidyl choline is a source of choline, a B-complex factor with powerful lipotropic activity that plays a vital role in brain neurotransmission. Lecithin also provides linoleic acid, an omega-6 essential fatty acid which is the precursor to the series l prostaglandins, hormone like substances that regulate hormone, protein, bone, fatty acid, amino acid, glycogen, nerve and energy metabolism.

Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica Blue Green Algae:
Hawaiian spirulina is the most famous of the blue-green algae for good reason. It is one of the most nutritious foods known, containing up to 65% highly digestible protein. It is one of the highest food sources of vitamin B12, contains up to 10 times more beta carotene per gram than carrots, and along with Kamut, alfalfa and barley juice, is one of the richest sources of chlorophyll. Spirulina is one of the few natural foods to contain the omega-6 fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), the precursor to the series 1 prostaglandins. Spirulina is also the only food to contain phycocyanin, the natural blue pigment. Spirulina is a rich source of B complex vitamins, minerals, enzymes, RNA and DNA.

High Pectin Apple Fibre:
Apple fibre is a rich source of pectin, a gel forming polysaccharide with strong antibacterial and fungicidal properties which has been shown to lower cholesterol levels in humans. Pectin controls the motility and absorption of nutrients from the gut by forming a gel around the food particles, increasing the viscosity of the stomach contents and creating a sensation of being full'. Pectin interferes with the action of digestive enzymes and thus slows the rate at which sugar and fat enters the blood stream, eventually increasing the amount of faecal bulk passing through the large intestine.

Kamut is an heirloom, non-hybrid ancient grain from the Nile region of Egypt, which has never been crossbred. Kamut contains 29% more protein, 27% more lipids and measures higher in 8 of the 9 minerals found in common wheat, including magnesium (23% higher) and zinc (25% higher). Kamut contains more riboflavin, thiamine and niacin than common wheat, and it is significantly higher in vitamin E and chlorophyll. Of the 18 amino acids usually found in wheat, 16 are higher in Kamut including threonine, cystine, arginine, aspartic acid and serine (from 34% to 65% higher). Compared to wheatgrass juice powder, Green Kamut juice powder is 25% richer in protein, 10% higher in beta carotene, 90% higher in potassium, 148% higher in calcium, 50% higher in iron and possesses 49% higher antioxidant activity. Alfalfa - the Father of All Foods is one of the best known & most nutritious of foods.
