Sage is an evergreen undershrub that grows wild in areas with limestone and very little soil, such as the mountainous regions surrounding the coast of the Mediterranean as well as the dry, arid areas of the British Columbia interior.
It contains volatile oil, tannin and resin and is known as a stimulant and an astringent.

Suggested use:
The tincture can be used in doses of 15-30 drops, 2-3 times daily. Not for prolonged use.
