A Vogel Molkosan
Molkosan by A.Vogel is a lactofermented whey concentrate made from fresh organic Swiss Alpine dairy. After isolating the whey, it is fermented by adding L. Casei bacteria, creating a health enhancing, living food. It is free of lactose and casein so is suitable for those with allergies. It can actually improve ones tolerance to dairy products and may even help eliminate lactose intolerance. Molkosan will feed the body's healthy intestinal bacteria allowing them to grow and thrive. It also encourages peristalsis, aiding in proper bowel function. It is an excellent choice for those with chronic digestive issues such as bloating, gas, and constipation.

Adults: mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) in a glass of water, juice or herbal tea. If necessary, start with one teaspoon (5 ml) and increase gradually. Take 3 times daily, as needed.

Molkosan is a unique A. Vogel product. It is a fresh whey concentrate prepared according to a special lactofermentation process: Molkosan is derived from whey, the bluish liquid oozing from curdling milk when proteins agglomerate to make cheese. Lactic ferments, added to the whey, transform lactose into lactic acid. Once fermentation is completed, the remaining proteins are removed. This liquid is then vacuum concentrated and pasteurized.
Molkosan is very rich in minerals (calcium, potassium, phosphorus, etc.) and has an acid pH. Minerals are known to de-acidify the body. Molkosan contains lactic acid in its levogyral or physiologic form: L (+)-lactic acid.
Is a natural antiseptic and a keratolytic agent (it helps to remove dead skin and cells from the epidermis).
Is indispensable to the growth of bones and teeth. It is essential to the functioning of the nervous and cardiac systems.
