(it may seem minute, but since I'm often travelling back & forth to the states for family care right now, & every bit of ease I find when purchasing things in stressful times-- from essentials to specialty gifts-- makes me quite loyal. it allows for time & energy I can spend on more urgent personal concerns.) little things add up (& your fair prices don't hurt when every dollar counts)!

I found your website very easy to navigate, the prices were in Canadian $ and I didn't have to pay by Pay Pal. I have dealt with Canadian companies who insist on charging in US $ and why? I was told that was because most customers are in the US! And I liked the free shipping on orders over $75.
