We accept MasterCard and Visa. We don't accept checks or money orders. Prices
are shown and charged in Canadian dollars and converted by your credit card
company to your local currency.
Ordering Offline
If you do not want to order online, please contact us via Fax or Mail. For
fastest processing of your Fax or Mail order, view you shopping cart, complete
all the personal details and then instead of clicking on Send Order, print the
page (File - Print) and then send via Fax to the number below, or mail to the address
below. If you do not have a printer and wish to fax or mail, then please check
that all the details that appear on the checkout page are on you order. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Sales Tax
We are required to charge a Harmonised Sales Tax (HST) of on most products. For orders outside Canada, no tax is charged. For orders within Canada we charge 12% (BC), 13% (ON, NB & NL) and 15% for orders to Nova Scotia. Most vitamin and supplement products requite HST. Appropriate sales tax amount will be displayed on the check out section of the site.
We welcome orders from any country. You will be notified by
email if we expect to be out of stock of part of your order for more than 5
working days or in the event of a price change or discontinued products.
Shipping within Canada FREE SHIPPING for orders of $75 CDN or more, before taxes and weighing less than 1 kg. Parcels are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. If our free shipping service does not apply then shipments will be charged at a flat rate of $10 or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, whichever is higher.
All items purchased are shipped via Canada Post from Kelowna, BC. Heavy items over 1kg or bulky items may require additional charges.

Shipping to the USA
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 CDN or more and weighing less than 1 kg.
For orders over $100, weighing more than 1 kg we will pay 10% of the value of your order towards your actual postage cost, and send you an email to advise you of the additional shipping charge.
For orders under $100 shipments will be charged a flat rate of $10 or the actual cost charged by Canada Post whichever is higher.
Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery. If you would like a faster shipping method, please leave us a note in the comments section of the checkout page, and we will email you with shipping alternatives.
Shipping outside North America
Our shipping costs vary with weight and shipping method, according to Canada Post's policies.
1. For International orders under $100 there is a $10 shipping charge or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, whichever is higher. These costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the parcel and we will contact you if the shipping charges will be more than $10, before sending out your order. We will ship via Small Packet Air which takes approximately 8-12 business days, depending on the location the order is being sent to.
2. For International orders over $100 we will pay 10% of the total value of your order towards shipping, and contact you by phone or email if there is going to be any additional shipping costs. These costs will include one or more of the following options; Small Packet Air, Small Packet Surface, International Air, International Surface, and Xpress Post.
If you have ordered from us before please let us know if you would just like us to add the shipping costs onto your order without waiting for an email confirmation from you to do so. You can do this by leaving a note in the comments section of the checkout page. If shipping costs have changed since your last order, we will contact you with the new shipping costs before proceeding.
Lost Parcels Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 14 days of a charge to your credit card. We will initiate a search with the Post Office and advise you of our findings. We will make a claim through Canada Post and once we are reimbursed by them we will credit your credit card. Parcels that are sent outside of Canada or the USA acnnot be claimed for until they have been missing for 45 days. This is Canada Post's policy. We do not accept responsibility for parcels confiscated by customs. If a product is not legally allowed to be imported into the country you have had the product sent to, we will not accept responsibility for any claims. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to determine the rules for that country. Our reason for this policy is that each country's rules change from day to day and we cannot possibly keep track of them, so please check your country's imnport regulations before placing your order with us.
Sales Terms All sales are final. We can accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will only be given for products returned undamaged and unopened, within 14 days of receipt. Returns from the USA will also incur a $20 brokerage fee, which is payable on all parcels entering Canada valued at over $20.
If you are in anyway not happy with the quality of a product, in most instances we offer a replacement or credit. More and more manufacturers are offering replacement credit to us for special quality concerns, so we do support most of our products this way.

Customs Charges
We will not accept responsibility for any customs charges incurred through shipping to international destinations. We label all our parcels as samples or gifts to try and avoid import charges, but we cannot guarantee that customs will not open any package and determine that extra charges are due. These charges are the responsibility of the person ordering.
Parcels confiscated by Customs
We will not be held responsible for products that are confiscated and/or destroyed by the customs agency of your country, simply because it is practically impossible for us to keep up with customs policies in every country around the world. Please check with your countries import policies before ordering if you are unsure.
