Shopping online at AbacoHealth.com is completely safe and private, because we
use industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure the privacy and security of your

Payment by Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We don't accept checks or money orders. Prices
are shown and charged in Canadian dollars and converted by your credit card
company to your local currency.
Ordering Offline
If you do not want to order online, please contact us via Fax or Mail. For
fastest processing of your Fax or Mail order, view you shopping cart, complete
all the personal details and then instead of clicking on Send Order, print the
page (File - Print) and then send via Fax to the number below, or mail to the address
below. If you do not have a printer and wish to fax or mail, then please check
that all the details that appear on the checkout page are on you order. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Sales Tax
We are required to charge a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% and a Goods and
Services Tax (GST) of 5% on some products. Appropriate sales tax amount will be
displayed on the check out section of the site or added to the cost before
shipping.
We welcome orders from any country. You will be notified by
email if we expect to be out of stock of part of your order for more than 5
working days or in the event of a price change or discontinued products.
Shipping within Canada
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $75 CDN or more before taxes and weighing less than 1 kg. Parcels are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service, when possible. If our free shipping service does not apply then shipments will
be charged at a flat rate of $10 or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, which ever is higher. Deliveries usually arrive within 7 business days
Shipping to the USA
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 CDN or more and weighing less than 1 kg.
For orders over $100 weighing more than 1 kg we will pay $10 towards your actual postage cost, and send you an email to advise you of the additional shipping charge.
For orders under $100 shipments will be charged a flat rate of $10 or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, which ever is higher.
Parcels are sent using Canada Post Airmail Parcel Service, when possible. Please allow 6-12 business days for delivery.
Shipping outside North America
Our shipping costs vary with weight and shipping method, according to Canada Post's policies.
1. For international orders over $100 and weighing between 250g and 500g, we will pay $10 towards shipping costs, and will contact you with the following shipping options (or please state your choice in the comments section on the checkout page).
Airmail would cost $5 (normal post office charge is $15.00 and shipment time is 6-10 business days)
Surface would be free (normal post office charge is $7.50 and shipment time is 4-6 weeks)
2. For orders over $100 weighing under 250g we will pay all the shipping costs.
3. For international orders under $100 and weighing between 250g and 500g, we will contact you with the following shipping options (or please state your choice in the comments section on the checkout page).
Airmail would cost $15.00 (shipment time is 6-10 business days)
Surface would cost $7.50 (shipment time is 4-6 weeks)
4. For international orders under $100 and weighing less than 250g we will charge you $10.00 and ship via airmail (shipment time is 6-10 business days)
5. For international orders weighing more than 500g we will contact you to offer shipping cost options.
Lost Parcels
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 14 days of a charge to your credit card. We will initiate a search with the Post Office and advise you of our findings. We will make a claim through Canada
Post and once we are reimbursed by them we will credit your credit card. Parcels that are sent outside of Canada or the USA acnnot be claimed for until they have been missing for 45 days. This is Canada Post's policy. We do not accept responsibility for parcels confiscated by customs. If a product is not legally allowed to be imported into the country you have had the product sent to, we will not accept responsibility for any claims. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to determine the rules for that country. Our reason for this policy is that each country's rules change from day to day and we cannot possibly keep track of them, so please check your country's imnport regulations before placing your order with us.
Sales Terms
All sales are final. We can accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will only be given for products returned undamaged and unopened, within 14 days of receipt. Returns from the USA will also incur a $20 brokerage fee, which is payable on all parcels entering Canada valued at over $20.
If you are in anyway not happy with the quality of a product, in most instances we offer a replacement or credit. More and more manufacturers are offering replacement credit to us for special quality concerns, so we do support most of our products this way.

Customs Charges
We will not accept responsibility for any customs charges incurred through shipping to international destinations. We label all our parcels as samples or gifts to try and avoid import charges, but we cannot guarantee that customs will not open any package and determine that extra charges are due. These charges are the responsibility of the person ordering.
