Dandelion root extract (4:1 = 500 mg) - 125mg
Dandelion has been proven to gently detoxify the body and support liver function. It has also demonstrated a variety of preventative effects and like most herbs, it contains plant hormones which can improve hormonal balance.

Black cohosh root extract(2.5% triterpene glycosides; 12:1 = 960 mg) - 80mg
Yet another excellent source of plant estrogens. In Germany, black cohosh is the most prescribed herb to treat hot flashes and is recognized by the official German regulatory body Kommission E as an effective support for menopausal complaints.

Also contains:
Maltodextrin, magnesium stearate & silicon dioxide.
