Suggested Usage:
PMS Symptoms:
2 capsules daily during the first two months. Thereafter, reduce dose to 1 capsule or according to individual needs.

Menopausal Symptoms:
1-2 capsules daily for three months. Thereafter, dose can be reduced to 1 capsule or continue with 2 capsules according to individual needs.
