Suggested Use:
For PMS symptoms: Adults take 2 capsules daily during the first two months. Thereafter, reduce dose to 1 capsule or according to individual needs.
For menopausal symptoms: Adults take 1-2 capsules daily for three months. Thereafter, dose can be reduced to 1 capsule or continue with 2 capsules according to individual needs. Warnings:
