Maintains and supports brain and eye functions including learning ability, concentration, coordination and nerve transmission.

Each Softgel Contains:
Efamol evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) - 142mg
Tuna oil (Thunnus sp.) - 366mg
providing:
Linoleic acid (LA) - 100 mg
Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) - 12mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - 60mg
Arachidonic acid (AA) - 5.25mg

Also contains:
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), thyme oil (Thymus vulgaris), gelatin and glycerine.

Suggested Usage:
Adults and children age 5 and over, take 8 capsules daily in divided doses with food or drink.

Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or anti-psychotics or if symptoms persists.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking black cohosh, chasteberry or phenothiazines, or if you have a seizure disorder, mania and/or schizophrenia.
