Suggested Usage:
Adult Dosage: For Dr. Whitaker`s optimal daily program take 2 packets per day, one with the morning meal and one with the evening meal. Each packet contains six Multi-Nutrient capsules, and one EPA/GLA Essentials softgel.
Warnings:
If you are not used to taking a high-performance multinutrient program on a regular basis, take one packet a day of the Forward Plus Daily Regimen and then build up to the full dosage.
