Flora Bija Green Tea Chai. Two ancient traditions, India`s Ayurvedic teachings and Chinese natural medicine come together in this blend. Bija combines the delicious spices of chai, a drink once served to Indian royalty by court doctors, with the antioxidant benefits of lightly steamed Ceylon green tea leaves together with Vietnamese cinnamon bark, cardamom seed, licorice root, ginger root, cinnamon flavor and roasted chicory root.

Ingredients:
Organic: Ceylon green tea, cinnamon bark, licorice root, cardamom seed, ginger root, roasted chicory root.

For an Inspired Cup of Tea:
Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Bija Tea and steep 3-4 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove.
Also delicious iced, this is a great thirst quencher. Enjoy.
