This special Bija laxative formula adds soothing licorice and birch leaf, juniper berries, cascara sagrada, flax seed, licorice root, acacia flowers, peppermint leaves, anise seed, oregon grape root, speedwell herb, yarrow herb, black elderberries, coriander seed, peony root and wild plum bark in a base of spearmint leaf and spearmint flavor.

Ingredients:

For an Inspired Cup of Tea:
Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Bija Tea and steep 3-4 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove.
